  Moved to Long Island recently and thought I transferred all my family’s prescriptions to CVS in Oceanside. I continued to receive texts to refill prescription from the CVS where I moved from. This CVS is closer to me, so I went to purchase some items I needed. While there I asked the cashier Eli about what I should do and he recommended I speak with the pharmacist, John. I did, and John was superior in his customer service. He was polite, attentive, concerned and helpful. John searched my family’s records and found that the records had not been transferred by the Oceanside CVS to them. John transferred all the family prescription records to the East Rockaway LI CVS. It didn’t take long and I received a text letting me know I was now registered with this CVS. THANK YOU JOHN!
  While at the store, Cynthia also helped me find the items I was shopping for because I wasn’t familiar with their store layout.
